Invest in your relationship with yourself

We all have a tendency to put others first, but in doing so, we can sometimes neglect our relationship with ourselves. Problems arise when we forget to set boundaries. You cannot pour from an empty cup. Work on decreasing the heavy shame - (should moments) what I call the shame cycle from micro -moments of shame in your life through our work.

STRUGGLING with making positive choices?

Often times individuals with ADHD make the same negative decisions over and over again. This is as a result of challenges with the executive functioning skill Metacognition- We are often at the mercy of learning the hard way, and not in a short period of time. Thankfully, I have already learned many lessons many times over. The daughter of 2 accountants, irony I know, I have learned many financial lessons both on my own and from my family. Need help with budgeting or looking at those spending choices? Oh boy is this something ADHD can challenge you with and this is a great place to come learn. Let’s chat about it!!

Improve your relationship with others

Mental health issues can cause us to struggle within our social relationships. Working on social skills, social cues, getting along with others, social anxiety, processing trauma that causes trust issues, sexual struggles (yes we can talk about anything here), and other such difficulties can be addressed as a team.
